Independence

Both independently owned and independent in spirit, Delta Impact can provide quick decision-making and proactive service to support your business requirements.

The Easby Group

Delta Impact is part of the Easby Group, a privately-owned global electronics business. The Group comprises Easby Electronics Ltd, a franchise distributor of electronic components, and Delta Impact Ltd, a provider of flexible manufacturing and supply chain solutions. We operate from offices and warehouses across three UK locations and have our HQ situated in Richmond, North Yorkshire. The Easby Group has worked with OEMs for over 40 years to understand complex product roadmaps and assist customers with product selection and design for the demand they are witnessing in the dynamic electronics market.

Delta’s Leadership Team

The success of Delta Impact stems from the active leadership by a team who know the electronics business inside and out, and passionately believe that ‘Customer First’ is the only way to do business.

Our senior management team consists of Eamon Francis (Managing Director), Nigel Copley (Easby Group CEO), Gregor Ross (Easby Group COO) and Jonathan Simpson-Dent (Easby Group Chair). Together they share an enthusiasm, passion and vision that has helped them shape the Group’s steady and sustainable growth.

Our independent approach

Creating a team of people who are as focused and committed to customer delivery as they are, is vital to us. Our continued success is built on the quality of our people, all of whom are highly experienced, professional and collaborative. Being independent, we can be much more flexible in our approach and our ability to make decisions that support individual requirements. Swift decision-making, flexible solutions and proactive service ensure we are strategically important to our customers’ businesses.
