Design Services

Delta Impact offers a range of design services from getting new products to market quickly and competitively, through to redesigning existing products for greater operational and manufacturing efficiencies. Our design team can collaborate with you to ensure your product is the optimum design for production, saving you time and money.

Design for manufacture (DFM)

Delta’s DFM process reviews new and established products to optimise them for manufacturing efficiencies. For both new and established products, we can carry out complete engineering reviews to find ways to produce them more economically and speed up production. If your customer or regulatory requirements have changed, or you just want to reduce your manufacturing costs, then you need a DFM review.

New product introduction (NPI)

We are experts at getting new products to market quickly and efficiently. Our NPI team can work with a schematic and functional brief or initial prototype to make your concept a reality. Improving existing designs to avoid expensive manufacturing mistakes and streamline production can make a huge cost-saving from the outset. The skills and proactive service available from Delta’s NPI team removes the need for expensive in-house design overheads.
